Individual support for adults living with bereavement, an ending, or a loss that is difficult to name.

A place to start
There may be a person you want to call. A future you keep returning to. Or an absence that seems to turn up in the middle of an ordinary day. Grief can change how you experience your life, even when much of it looks the same.
You might be carrying a recent loss, or finding that an older one feels close again. You may feel sadness, numbness, anger, relief, or several things at once. There isn’t a feeling you need to have before your experience is worth talking about.
In our conversations, we can make room for the relationship, the memories, and the less easily explained parts. We can also talk about the practical demands of a changed life: returning to work, meeting other people’s expectations, or finding a way through a difficult date.
What support can look like
There is no timetable for this work and no expectation to find a lesson in your loss. We would discuss what support makes sense for you, including whether my approach is the right fit.
A question you might have
No. The imagined practice makes room for grief connected to bereavement, relationships, roles, or a future that has changed. A first conversation would help us understand what the loss means to you, rather than decide whether it belongs in a particular category.
